In the meantime, the decree-holder is directed to take steps for effecting

service on the judgment-debtors and file an affidavit of service on the

returnable date. In case service is effected, the judgment-debtors are directed

to comply with the earlier order of Court and file their affidavit of assets prior to

the returnable date.
