The Court : - Both the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties to this
writ petition are present.
Learned Advocate appearing for the decree holder has produced a letter showing
thereat to dispossess the decree holder from the residential flat. Learned Advocate
appearing on behalf of the judgment debtors submitted that they have taken all possible
steps before the Hon'ble Apex Court in connection with the SLP filed and he has further
submitted that judgment debtor have also preferred an appeal against the order passed
by this Court for addition of parties and matter is pending for hearing of the petition for
condonation of delay in filing the appeal subject to payment of cost of Rs.50,000/-
within 14 days. Further, the learned Advocate on behalf of the judgment debtor
submits that all steps shall be taken before the Hon'ble Apex Court as well as before the
Hon'ble Division Bench within four weeks. Accordingly, he prays for accommodation for
four weeks.
Let this matter be made returnable on 13.4.2023.
