1. We have heard Mr. Krishna Das Poddar,
learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Alak Kumar
Ghosh, learned Advocate for the alleged contemnors.
2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the
alleged contemnors / respondents that in the Special
Leave Petition filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court
against the judgment dated 29th November, 2021, the
Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to stay the
contempt proceedings by order dated 3rd March, 2023.
3. For such reason, let this contempt petition go
out of the list and liberty is granted to the learned
Advocates to mention the matter after the disposal of the
Special Leave Petition.
