Learned advocate appearing for the State, however, submits that

the copy of the case diary of this old case has somehow been

misplaced. He has, however, drawn attention of this Court to the copy

of the charge sheet, as annexed to this writ petition to suggest that

there are materials collected against the petitioners disclosing

commission of cognizable offence.

I do not find any merit in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed. Let the judgment be uploaded

immediately.
