The petitioner submits that after the division
bench judgement delivered in MAT 1594 of 2018, she is
entitled to get six marks and she would get
recommendation and appointment as a qualified
candidate. She is also a trained candidate who
participated in 2014 TET. She has submitted that up till
now even after the judgement was delivered in April,
2023 (today we are in the first week of June, 2023)
nothing has been stated by the Board as to what steps
they are going to take in respect of this judgment and
order passed by the division bench.
After the division bench judgement the Board
cannot maintain a silence in respect of the issue.
Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the West
Bengal Board of Primary Education wants to take
instruction and come back.
On this ground the matter is adjourned till June
12, 2023 when the Board should come clean on their
future steps to be taken in respect of the matter where
the division bench said that the six marks are to be
given to all the candidates who participated in TET
2014.
List the matter on June 12, 2023.
