The Court: Despite an order dated 19th April, 2023 when the warrant of

arrest was activated and the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and

Officer-in-Charge were directed to implement the order, there has been no

development in the matter since then.

Let fresh warrants of arrest, accordingly, be issued against all three

judgment-debtors.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtors

before this Court on the returnable date.

List this matter after six weeks.
