This could be clear from the submissions made not only on behalf of the

award-holder and the judgment-debtor but also the learned Receiver who is

present in Court.

List this matter on 23rd June, 2023 for the advocate-on-record of the

judgment-debtors to take instructions. It is made clear that if the judgment-

debtors do not give any instructions in the matter, appropriate orders will be

passed including warrants of arrest.

It is also made clear that the petitioner shall make a further payment of

Rs. 20,000/- to the learned Receiver for the additional visits of the learned

Receiver to the concerned places.
