By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order

dated 27th July, 2022 under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961

relating to assessment year 2014-15.

Considering the serious nature of allegation of involvement of the

petitioner in fictitious scheme of losses/profits though coordinated and

premeditated trading in ill-liquid stock options and in view of the view taken

in the judgment of this Court dated 16th May, 2023 in WPO 943 of 2023

(Shri Kalicharan Agarwalla vs. Office of the Income Tax Officer Ward 44(2)

Kolkata and Ors.) this writ petition being WPO 1140 of 2023 is dismissed.
