The Court: Mr. Jadab Chandra Das and Mr. Joydeep Das being the

father and son judgment-debtors respectively have surrendered in Court today.

They have individually deposed and submitted that they shall file their

respective affidavits of assets in Form No.16A Appendix-E of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908 within a period of six weeks from date. The judgment-debtors

are therefore directed to file their respective affidavits of assets and serve copies

of the same upon learned counsel appearing for the petitioner within a period

of six weeks from date.

Mr. Jadab Chandra Das and Mr. Joydeep Das are discharged from the

custody of the Court and the warrants of arrest are kept in abeyance for the

time being. The examination of Mr. Jadab Chandra Das and Mr. Joydeep Das

will take place on 18th August, 2023. They should both be present in Court on

the returnable date.
