The Court:- The order dated 14th January, 2023 stands corrected to reflect the

correct name of the decree holder company being 'Nandan Denim Limited' instead of

'Nandam Denim Ltd'.

The Department is directed to correct the cause title to the aforesaid extent.

There is no serious attempt on the part of the decree holder to dispose of this

application. Despite repeated orders having been passed, the decree holder has been

unable to effect service on the judgment debtors.

In fact, on 18th January, 2023, the decree holder had sought for a correction to

the cause title in the application. The same prayer is renewed today.

As a last chance, let this matter appear on 24th July, 2023.

It is made clear that no further accommodation would be granted to the decree

holder.
