of the decree holder prays for payment of some money out of decretal dues

in the meantime.

Considering the facts and circumstances, judgment debtor is

directed to pay the security amount of Rs.50,000/- peremptorily in the

meantime.

The judgment debtor shall remain present before this Court on

the returnable date.

The case is made returnable on 2nd February, 2023.
