     The Court: Heard Mr. Dhruba Ghosh, senior advocate and Mr. Jishnu

Saha, senior advocate, appearing on behalf of the parties. There appears to be a

review pending in relation to Section 37 application filed by the respondent

award-debtor herein. Parties are directed to try and have the review heard at the

earliest.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of March, 2023.

In the meantime Ms. Radhika Misra, Advocate (Mobile No.9051387710) is

appointed as Special Officer to visit the premises No.4 Netaji Subhas Road,

Kolkata - 700 001 for the purpose of examining the said building with regard to

the repairs that are required to be carried out immediately. The Special Officer is

also directed to ascertain all the tenants/persons who are in occupation of the

said building including the rent/occupation charges that they are paying and to

whom. The award-debtor shall assist the Special Officer in doing so. A fee of

Rs.75,000/- be given to the Special Officer to carry out the same.

It is to be noted that affidavit-in-opposition and affidavit-in-reply in

EC/76/2021 have been filed and have taken on record. Furthermore, affidavit-

in-opposition in EC/334/2019 has been filed. Time to file reply to the same is

extended by two weeks.

The Special Officer is instructed to complete the said assignment within a

period of three weeks and mention the matter before this Court.
