The record of the instant revision is placed before this Court on being assigned.
It is found from the record that on 28th July, 2022 this Court heard the argument on behalf of the parties and the revision was fixed for delivery of judgment.
On 8th August, 2022 the instant revision was taken up for delivery of judgment. At this stage it was found that the petitioner made absolutely contradictory statement in paragraph 3 and 4 of the revisional application. Therefore, this Court fixed the matter for hearing afresh. On 8th August, 2022 the petitioner was given liberty to file supplementary affidavit rectifying paragraph 3 and 4 of the revisional application for revision within 7 days from the date of the order.
In the mean time, determination final hearing of revisional application instituted in the year 2021 was handed over to another Bench. Accordingly an order was passed sending the case record to the Bench of the Hon'ble Judge having determination for final hearing of revisional application for the year 2021.
The Coordinate Bench again send the case record through the Hon'ble Chief Justice on the ground that this Court has already heard argument and reserved the case for final disposal.
In view of such circumstances, the office is directed to search out the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner and incorporate the same with the record within three weeks from the date of this order.
