We have heard Mr. Soumik Ganguli, learned Counsel

appearing for the appellants.

In order to decide the second appeal, we direct Mr. Ganguli

to produce the plaint and memorandum of appeal in Title Suit No.

119 of 1984 and Title Appeal No. 70 of 1991 and also certified

copy of the judgment and decree passed in Title Suit No. 119 of

1984. We also direct the appellants to produce the certified copy of

the judgement and decree in connection with the Title Appeal No.

70 of 1991 on the adjourned date.

The matter stands adjourned for three weeks.

The certified copies of the judgment and decree, plaint and

memorandum of appeal, as directed, shall be made available to the

appellants within one week from the date of filing the application.

The appellants shall remove the defects in the meantime.
