By order dated 17.3.2022 appellant was

directed to cure defects noted by the Stamp

Reporter.

The defect in the Vakalatnama has been

cured. However, the other defect with regard to

appeal being bereft of valuation statement has not

been removed as yet.

Appellant is directed to comply order dated

17.3.2022.

Mr Subhojit Bose, learned advocate for

respondent no.1-insurance company submits that

the insurance company has also filed an appeal

against the impugned judgment being FMAT 456 of

2020 and in the said appeal application for stay has

also been filed being CAN 1 of 2021 both of which

needs to be listed along with this appeal.

List FMAT 456 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2021

alongwith this appeal.

Let the matter appear in the Combined

Monthly List of February 2023 under the heading

"Applications".
