Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the
petitioner submits that the instant criminal revision has
been preferred for quashing the First Information Report
(FIR) and entire criminal proceeding in G. R. Case No.
1199 of 2017 corresponding to T.R. No. 669 of 2018
pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd
Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum.
He submits that the G.R. Case was ended in
acquittal by the learned court below vide its judgment
dated November 7, 2020. So the present criminal
revision has become infructuous.
Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.
Perused the certified copy of the judgement of
the learned Judicial Magistrate, Second court,
Rampurhat dated November 7, 2020, passed in G.R.
Case No. 1199 of 2017.
Considering the submission of the petitioner and
the certified copy of the judgment, it appears that the
present revisional application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the C.R.R. No. 1950 of 2018 is
dismissed as infructuous. Connected applications, if
any, are also disposed of accordingly.
