the Stamp Reporter in its report dated 02.02.2016 has not

been removed as yet. In a revised report filed on

06.06.2018, it is reported that the certified copy of the

impugned judgment on appeal is bereft of the date of

application for obtaining the same alongwith other relevant

dates and in absence of the same, no report on limitation

could be furnished.

The matter stands adjourned for one week in order

to remove the defects. The matter shall appear with the
