The instant revision is filed challenging the order dated 29 th

August, 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First

Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas in M. Execution Case

No.402 of 2018 arising out of M. Case No.469 of 2017 for

issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner for non-payment

of arrear maintenance.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner

that the petitioner will voluntarily surrender before the trial

Court within one week from the date of this order and till date

execution of warrant of arrest may be kept in abeyance.

The prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is allowed. He

is directed to surrender before the trial Court within one week

from the date of this order and execution of warrant of arrest be

stayed till 23rd January, 2023.

The instant revision is, thus, disposed of.
