On 19.09.2022 this matter was heard and the
Judgment was reserved and made CAV.
However upon perusal of the records defects were
noted in the names of the parties arraigned as
respondents and appellant was directed to take steps.
Such defects were cured on application of the appellant-
insurance company.
Thereafter respondents-claimants filed
application for recording attainment of majority by
respondent no. 4 and 5, which was also allowed.
Heard learned advocates of respective parties.
Since the matter was finally heard and hearing
was concluded hence judgment is reserved and made
CAV.
