The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that one sitting took

place since passing of the order dated 14th December, 2022. The judgment-debtor

seeks for further accommodation in terms of the aforesaid order. The decree-holder

seeks for a direction upon the judgment-debtor for filing Affidavit of Assets. Let

Affidavit of Assets be filed by the judgment-debtor by 8th February, 2023. The

parties shall take steps in the meantime for implementation of the decree in terms

of the compromise petition dated 18th May, 2018.
