The Court:- The judgment debtor is not represented. The decree-holder is

directed to serve a copy of the execution application upon the judgment debtor

within 3 days. The decree-holder seeks for passing an order in terms of prayer

10(c) of the Tabular Statement in connection with the application for execution of

the decree. In view of the above, Mr. Biswaroop Mukherjee of Barristers' Library

Club is appointed as a Receiver to take physical possession of the assets

mentioned in paragraph 22 of the application to secure that the assets mentioned

above not to be transfered and/or alienated and/or encumbered by the judgment

debtor.

Let the matter appear three weeks hence.

The remuneration for the Receiver is fixed 1000 Gms as an initial cost.
