Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the

appellant/State submits that pursuant to the earlier order

passed by this Court on 18th January, 2023, the

appellant/State had paid the costs and the decreetal

amount within the time as stipulated. Let the receipts

towards payment of such costs and decreetal amount, as

produced, be kept on record.

The copies of the receipts have been handed over to

Mr. Bera, learned advocate appearing for the respondents.

Since our earlier order dated 18 th January, 2023 has

been complied with by the appellant/State, the interim

order of stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated

13th April, 2018, as passed earlier, is extended till the

disposal of the appeal.

The application being IA No. CAN 4 of 2022 is

disposed of.
