It appears that a typographical error has crept in

the judgment dated 10th February, 2023. In the second

line of paragraph 6 at page 4 of the aforesaid judgment, let

the date be corrected to read as 13th September, 2004, in

place and stead of 7th June, 2002.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the

judgment dated 10th February, 2023. The other portion of

the judgment dated 10th February, 2023 remains

unaltered.
