An inadvertent error has crept into the judgment and

order dated 8th February, 2023.

In the second line of the second page of the said order

"Sessions Case No. 171 of 2006" be read as "Sessions Case No.

771 of 2006".

Other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.

This order will be treated as part of the judgment dated

08.02.2023.
