The Court: The matter is listed today as "To Be Mentioned" for

correction in the judgment dated 11th October, 2023 passed in CS/27/2011.

While preparing the decree, the department has found that there

are two plaintiffs but in paragraph 32 page 19 of the judgment, this Court

has passed an order holding that the plaintiff is entitled to get decree but

instead of "the plaintiff is entitled to get decree" the same shall be read as

"the plaintiffs are entitled to get decree".
