There is a complete dissimilarity in the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 as included by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondents as part of their notes. The Clause which the petitioner wants to rely on cannot be found in the respondent's version of the Rules.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner says that counsel has found this Clause from the book whereas the Rule which is part of the respondent's note does not have the said clause at all.
Counsel are hence directed to file one version of the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 along with Government Orders for the use of the Court in relation to the judgment which is to be delivered.
