This matter has come up in the list for correction of typographical error crept in the judgment and order dated 18th August 2023.

It is submitted that in the last paragraph at page 4, the date of the judgment and decree of the First Appellate Court has been recorded inadvertently as "31.01.2014". It should be "20.04.2018". The same mistakes have also crept in the third line at page 6 and twelfth line at page 7 of the said judgment.

The mistakes are apparent.

Let the judgment and order dated 18th August 2023 be corrected accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the judgment and order dated 18th August 2023.
