1. The judgment dated 9th August, 2023 is mentioned

for correction.

2. In the second line of paragraph 30 at page 8 of the

judgment dated 9th August, 2023 the expression "shall

stand dismissed" shall stand deleted and be replaced

with the expression "is allowed". In second line of

paragraph 31 at page 8 of the judgment dated 9 th

August, 2023 the expression "shall also stand

dismissed" shall stand deleted and be replaced with

the expression "shall also stand allowed".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the judgment

dated 9th August, 2023.

4. The other parts of the judgment dated 9 th August,

2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of

this order duly downloaded from the official website of

this Court.
