Since CRR/334/2022 was disposed of on merit after going through the Lower Court Record and the impugned judgment vide order dated 4th May, 2023, I am not in a position to recall the said order on the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner because of the bar contained in Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, this Court helpless to afford any relief to the petitioner. The application is rejected.
