The report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Nabadwip Police

Station, Krishnagar Police District dated 14.07.2023 through the

learned advocate for the State. From the report it appears that the

learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nabadwip Court, Nadia the

next date has been fixed on 23.08. 2023 for passing judgment in

G.R. Case No. 286 of 2010 arising out of Nabadwip Police Station

Case No. 293 of 2010 dated 13.11.2010 under Sections

467/468/471/323/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Let the said

report be kept on record.

Under the facts and circumstances, this Court does not find

to proper interfere with the impugned order at this stage.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application is

dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
