Till disposal of the writ petition, the

operation of the impugned order of cancellation of

the certificate issued to the petitioners shall

remain stayed. Simultaneously, the petitioners

shall remain restrained by an order of injunction

from acting on, or using, the said certificate

before any authority whatsoever in any manner,

also till the disposal of the writ petition.
