The Court: This execution application has been filed as far back as on

2018.

It appears from the Report of the Deputy Sheriff that the warrants of

arrest had been duly transmitted to the respective police authorities on 4th

January, 2019. Thereafter, the warrants of arrest were extended on 8th

May, 2019, 26th July, 2019, 3rd December, 2019 and finally on 28th

January, 2020.

It is fairly submitted on behalf of the award-holder that a last

opportunity be granted to the award-holder to execute the warrants of

arrest.

In such circumstances, the warrants of arrest stand extended till 30th

September, 2023.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-debtor

no.2 before this Court on or before the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of October, 2023.
