It appears from the Report that the service has been effected on the

judgment-debtors. Notwithstanding directions to file Affidavit of Assets, the

judgment-debtors have failed to file their Affidavit of Assets.

In such circumstances, let there be an order for warrants of arrest issued

against the judgment-debtor nos.1 and 2.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned police station having jurisdiction where the judgment-debtor

nos.1 and 2 reside are directed to take necessary steps to ensure due execution

of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtor nos.1 and 2

before this Court on or before the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable in the Monthly List of October, 2023.
