The Court:- The judgment-debtor no.1 has surrendered today

morning and is produced in Court. After a preliminary examination, the

judgment-debtor no.1 says that he will file the affidavit of assets within two

weeks from date.

It may be stated that the judgment-debtors were directed to file their

affidavits of assets by a co-ordinate Bench on 25th July, 2022. However, the

judgment-debtors had failed to comply with the said order.

On further questioning, the judgment-debtor no.1 states that the

judgment-debtor no.2, who is the father of the judgment-debtor no.1, has

undergone a surgery but will file the affidavit of assets within two weeks from

date.

List this matter after four weeks for due compliance of the order

passed today, i.e., both the judgment-debtors will file their affidavits-of-assets.

The warrant of arrest is kept in abeyance till further orders.
