The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 9

July, 2013. By an award the judgment debtor have been directed to pay a

sum in excess of Rs.2 crores. The application has been filed as far back as on

2013. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that notwithstanding

repeated directions the judgment debtor have failed to file their Affidavit of

Assets. The judgment debtor no. 2 is a director of the judgment debtor no. 1.

By an order dated 3 August, 2023, the award debtor had prayed for an

opportunity to file their Affidavit of Assets.

As a last chance, let this matter appear on 14 August, 2023. It is made

clear that in default of filing their Affidavit of Assets appropriate orders for

warrant of arrest would be passed against the judgment debtor no. 2.
