The Court: This is an application for execution of a decree dated 25th

September, 2018. By the decree the judgment-debtors have been directed to

pay a sum of Rs.26,11,816/-. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder

that despite earlier orders of Court, the judgment-debtors have failed to file

their Affidavit of Assets. The proceeding has been pending since 2019 and

repeated orders have been passed on the judgment-debtors.

In view of the deliberate disobedience with the order of Court, let there

be an order of warrant of arrest against the judgment-debtor no. 1.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge

of the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure

due execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-

debtor no.1 before this Court on or before the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of October, 2023.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take steps for deletion of the

name of the judgment-debtor no. 2
