The Court: There is a typographical error in the judgment dated March 29,

2023 passed in M/S. Zillon Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. -v- Bharat Heavy Electricals

Limited (A.P. No. 312 of 2021). In the middle portion of the paragraph no. 35,

instead and place of "Bharat Broadband Network Ltd. -v- United Telecoms

Ltd. reported in (2019) 5 SCC 755", it should be read as "Bharat Sanchar

Nigam Ltd. -v- M/s Nortel Networks India Pvt. Ltd. reported in (2021) 5 SCC

738".

Let the above portion of the judgment be treated as part of the original

judgment dated March 29, 2023.

Let this order be uploaded on the server along with the original judgment

dated March 29, 2023. Department is further directed to pull down the original

judgement and carry out the above changes in the same, and thereafter, upload

the amended judgement.
