The Court:- Counsel on behalf of the judgment debtor prays for an

adjournment in the matter. Counsel appearing on behalf of the award holder

submits that the settlement has failed and the payment have not been made as per

settlement that had been reached and recorded by this Court on November 25,

2022. She accordingly submits that the award debtor no. 1 be directed to file fresh

Affidavit of Assets along with balance sheet for past five years as had been directed

by this Court on July 15, 2022.

In view of the above, I direct award debtor no. 2 be present in Court for

examination on 12th May, 2023 and file fresh Affidavit of Assets along with balance

sheet for the past five years within three weeks from date.
