THE COURT:-Before passing any order, I think that a further endeavour

should be made to serve the defendant and inform him about the next date.

The plaintiffs are directed to make over a copy of the petition and a set of

orders passed from time to time in respect of appointment of special officer,

inventory, attachment before judgment and valuation of the articles lying at the

tenanted premises to the Ballygunge Police Station under the local limits whereof

the defendant is said to be residing as per the description given in the cause title.

Officer-in-Charge, Ballygunge Police Station shall make necessary

arrangement for service of the copy of the application and the orders to be

furnished to him by the plaintiffs to the defendant and apprise this Court on the

returnable date as to the status of the service on the defendant.

Let this matter appear in the list on 26th April, 2023.
