The Court: Judgment-debtor Mahamudul Hasan has surrendered

himself against the warrant of arrest issued by this Court vide order dated

13th January, 2023. He has deposed that he shall file his affidavit of assets in

Form No.16 A, Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 within two

weeks. Accordingly, the judgment-debtor is released on personal bond of

Rs.10,000/- with one surety.

The judgment-debtor undertakes before this Court that he will appear

before this Court on the date fixed.

Let the matter appear on 28th April, 2023.

In the meantime, the warrant of arrest be kept abeyance.
