                          For effective disposal of the revisional application

                    learned   advocate     appearing     on   behalf   of   the

                    respondent/plaintiff has submitted that the issue raised

in this revisional application was also raised earlier in a

misc. case which was dismissed. It is further submitted

on behalf of the respondent/plaintiff on earlier occasion

on behalf of the judgment debtor application under

Section 47 of the was filed and that was also dismissed.

Considering the aforesaid fact and situation and

on prayer of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of

the respondent liberty is given to file affidavit-in-

opposition along with all annexures within a week from

date. Reply, if there be any, be filed within a week

thereafter.

List this matter in the monthly list of June, 2023

under the heading 'Hearing'.

In the meantime further proceedings of execution

case is stayed till last week of June, 2023.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this

order duly downloaded from the official web site of this

Court.
