A judgment and order dated April 10, 2023,

whereby the writ petition of the respondent no.1

herein was disposed of, is under challenge in this

appeal.

By the impugned order, the learned Single

Judge has directed implementation of an order of

demolition passed by the Bidhannagar Municipal

Corporation.

Mr. Basu, learned senior advocate appearing for

the appellants says that the deviations, if any, from

the sanctioned plan, are extremely minor in nature.

Such minor deviations do not call for demolition order.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.1/writ

petitioner seeks a day's accommodation saying that he

has received the papers this morning and he needs

proper instructions.

List this matter once again on April 27, 2023.

Till April 28, 2023 or until further order,

whichever is earlier, no coercive action be taken

against the impugned construction.
