However, in view of the particular facts and circumstances here, it is found proper that an administrative notice be issued upon the appellant at the address recorded in the cause title before reserving the case for judgment.
Let a copy of this order be also sent to the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction the appellant is residing, for the purpose of causing service of the same upon the appellant.
Let the matter appear in the list again on 26th April, 2023 when the department shall file the compliance report.
