None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 23.02.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

Judgment and order in Criminal Revision no. 02 of 2015 by the Sessions Judge, Bankura dated 8th October, 2015 is under challenge in this revision. By dint of the same, the Sessions Judge set aside the Magistrate's order in M.P. Case No. 908 of 2013.

The matter relates to a proceeding under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Magistrate's Court and the Magistrate's order dated 15.12.2014 has been set aside by the Sessions Judge.

According to the petitioner, the Sessions Judge's order is devoid of any reason or merit.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed.

Criminal Revision being CRR 2004 of 2016 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
