The Court: The judgment debtors were directed to file affidavit of assets on

29th January, 2019 which has not been complied with. Since the matter

appeared after long time on 31st January, 2023 so in the interest of justice

another opportunity was given to the judgment debtors for filing of affidavit of

assets.

The order was communicated to the judgment debtors and the award

holder files an affidavit of service to that effect. The service reflects that the order

has been duly served on the judgment debtors. In spite of service neither the

judgment debtors have appeared nor have they filed their affidavit of assets.

In view of the above let warrant of arrest be issued against both the

judgment debtors. The said warrants are made returnable after 14 weeks.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtors

before this Court on or before the returnable date.
