                    The appeal is arising out of a judgment and order

              dated 30.06.2022 in connection with two matrimonial

              suits. One filed by the husband for divorce and another

              by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights.    The Trial

              Court decreed the suit for divorce and dismissed the suit

              for restitution of conjugal rights.

                    There shall be an order of injunction restraining the

              respondent from remarrying till the disposal of the

application or until further order, whichever is earlier.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the stay

petition along with the memorandum of appeal upon the

respondent by Speed Post with A.D. within one week from

date with an intimation that the stay application along

with the appeal shall be listed under the heading

"Application" on 14th November, 2022 and the event the

respondent is not represented on the adjourned, the

application may be disposed of in his absence.
