                         The present appeal has been preferred challenging

                 the judgment and decree dated 28th September, 2021

                 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division),

                 Kalna, Purba Bardhaman in Title Suit No.106 of 2016.

                 In connection with the present appeal, an application

                 for injunction being IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 has been filed.

                         Heard the learned advocate appearing for the

                 appellant.

                         The appellant is directed to serve copy of the

                 application upon all the respondents intimating that the

matter will be taken up for further consideration on 16 th

November, 2022 and to file an affidavit-of-service on the

returnable date.
