Both the parties are directed to file an affidavit of disclosure of assets and liabilities in the form as mentioned in Enclosure-I of the judgment of the Hon'bel Supreme Court in Rajnesh Vs. Neha reported at (2021)2 SCC 324 on or before 4th November, 2022. Let this matter appear on 7th November, 2022 under the same heading.

In the event the respondent fails to appear or file any affidavit on the adjourned date we dispose of the application on the basis of the submission made in the appeal as well as the affidavit to be filed by the appellant. This direction is peremptory.
