                      The present appeal has been preferred challenging

                the judgment and decree dated 6th September, 2022

                passed by the learned Judge, Bench - VIII, City Civil

                Court, Calcutta in Title Suit No.877 of 2022.             In

                connection with the appeal, an application for stay, being

                IA No.: CAN 1 of 2022 has been filed.

                      Heard Mr. Bose, learned advocate appearing for the

                appellant.

                      The appellant is directed to serve a copy of the stay

                application upon the respondent intimating that the

matter will be taken up for further consideration on 14 th

November, 2022 and to file an affidavit-of-service on the

returnable date.

List the matter, accordingly, on 14th November,
