Being aggrieved by the impugned judgment and order
dated March 25, 2021 whereby the writ petition of the
appellants was dismissed by the learned Single Judge, the
writ petitioners are before us.
The appellants alleged irregularity in the selection
process conducted by the West Bengal Cooperative Service
Commission for recruitment of Upper Division Clerks. The
learned Judge dismissed the writ petition without calling for
affidavits. We would like the West Bengal Cooperative
Service Commission and the State to bring their stand on
record by filing affidavits.
Let affidavit in opposition be filed within one week
after the ensuing puja vacation. Reply thereto, if any, be
filed within one week thereafter.
List the matter once again on 14.11.2022 under the
heading "Hearing".
